There are several ways to incorporate and utilize these energies in our lives. You can eat or drink foods that are the colors of the energy you are wishing to use. You can wear clothes in the colors of these planets to amplify the energies. Burning candles in these colors and meditating with the energy will help you. You can get creative with it also, some people color their nails, dye their hair, and change the color of their bathwater for example.
Indigo is ruled by both Saturn and Uranus. Ambition, clarity, discipline, endurance, rebirth, success are some intentions of the color Indigo. As you can see the intentions stated above can be utilized to help you with your career and personal life. We all can use discipline and endurance to help us push forward and accomplish our goals this year. We can also use more clarity in all areas in our lives in order to elevate.
