5 ways you can Self Love
🛀Baths- yes light you some candles, get you some flowers, herbs, and oils yesssss.. baths help cleanse the body as well as the aura. There good for your mind, body, and rejuvenating the spirit. Baths are extremely helpful for water signs, and or those that have planets in water houses.
🎶Music- omg yes music! I live for it. You can dance to it(sacred movement) allow spirit to move your body to the music. You can meditate to it, or just lay and be consumed by it. I have a playlist for every mood. Music is life, it’s therapeutic and very healing even on a cellular level.
🏃🏽♀️Exercise- exercise can be whatever you make. It can strenuous or light. You can incorporate yoga, walking meditation, or tai chi.
📝Write it out- check in with yourself while your relaxing, cool, and calm. Write down those persistent thoughts and feelings.. because there’s truth there.
💆🏽♀️Mental Detox- to detox on all levels is necessary, but the one that I find most beneficial is detoxing mentally. Life is busy, life is crazy, as well as the people in our lives lol. Therefore, taking mental health days are essential to avoid burn out.
